It's basically an improv cartooning card game. The goal is not so much to win as to crack up the other players.
These are a few of mine from last night's game. Most of them were drawn in haste, seconds before I had to play them. It's really good cartooning practice.
Some footnotes:
Lazy Brain!: A reference to Brain Age.
Worst Smores EVAR!: Through circumstances to convoluted to repeat, I ended up wearing one shoe, and then someone put a Graham Cracker box on the shoe. Hence this card.
Al-Chemy!: From Fullmetal Alchemist, obviously. I just really liked the rapid Al doodle.
Ronnie Cordova: A reference to Sockbaby, a fantastically wierd, funny series by the man that invented Earthworm Jim. Watch it on YouTube

There were others... extremely gross, horrible others. They featured horrible, terrible, unspeakable things. If you want to see them, they are totally NOT SAFE FOR WORK, nor are they safe for anyone under the age of 18 or over the age of 18. In fact I recommend you don't look.
