Two hours.

That's how long it took me to produce this piece of utter crap.

Two hours.

I've had the idea in mind for days now. A final send-off for a sketchbook I've been working in for years now, off and on... mostly off, until this site started.

So I say down tonight to try and draw it. Emphasis on TRY.

No pose reference. No photo reference. My library of anatomy books came up blank. Nothing I could use to get the pose I wanted. In desperation I tried using my tiny wooden mannikin. The left hand fell off as I posed it.

It's 2:00 AM. I've drawn and redrawn this thing so many times I'm amazed the paper isn't transparent. I give up. Tommorrow is another day and I know whatever I come up with then will be better than this. I know it can't be worse.

TWO HOURS.
