Poor Bunta was in the middle of a little afternoon grooming when something startled him. Now he scans the sky anxiously, unaware that he's left his tongue hanging out.

Bunta's been away a while. I love cheetahs, but I tend to draw Illchor more often because he's, well, clothed. It's sheer laziness; I just don't have the patience to draw all those spots all the time. But I've missed Bunta, and since my first two pics were a little underwhelming (by my standards) I've brought him back in a more realistic style.

The story for the picture evolved as I drew it. Faced with the blank page, I made a random line, which became a slightly awkward pose. As the expression became clearer, so did the comic nature of the piece, and the pose looks perfect for it.
