My muse and me are communicating via handwritten notes passed under the door. Maybe I'm still worn out from Feral! Maybe I'm depressed that Feral! is over. Maybe it's the heat. Maybe it's nerves; I handed out cards and had an ad in the Feral! conbook, so I might soon end up with more traffic than just the usual circle of my friends.
The idea of developing a following alarms me, especially given the see-saw quality of the work that shows up here.
