This day proved a little more interesting than expected. Peer pressure ended in me finally going to see the Body Worlds 2 exhibit.

Despite all my qualms about it, and my comments about how undignified it seemed, I was making wisecracks while we were standing in line. Somewhere around the second display case, Tracker observed that all the labels could be made hilarious by adding the world 'soup' to the end ("Arthritic knee with prosthetic patella... soup.")

By the time we got to the full cadavers I was studying how the muscles overlapped, fascinated. It was a grotesque but interesting afternoon. My one big disappointment was that the exhibit was far too crowded for me to do any sketching at all.

This picture was inspired by Tracker, who pointed out that the "brain with attached spinal cord (soup)" looked like a brain-centipede monster, which he dubbed 'Brainipede.' Then when I was fishing for sketch suggestion, he said I should draw one attacking Torrle.

I had a horrible time getting this to scan half-decently. I once again reaffirm my hatred of scanning sketchbooks.
