I love me some superheroes. I can't quite come up with a name for this one, though. All the good speedster names (and even some of the lame ones - Doctor Zoom, anyone?) have been taken.
Super-speed is probably my single favorite super-power. You can do so much with it. Dodge bullets! Never miss the bus! Go straight up walls! Vaporize pigeons on impact! Never have to take the buss at all! Confuse your friends, destroy your enemies, ace every videogame known to man!
I'll be the first to admit this is pretty stock pose, but I did work on getting the weight distribution right. The creative flair, I think, is that he's a collie. You would expect a cheetah, or if canine, a greyhound or something.
I think this guy has more possibilities than those species. The tail would be a very effective whip. On a hot summer day at top speed he'd leave a cloud of fur in his wake. Is that a marking on his face or a mask?
If he appears again I'll have to redesign the boots. They suck.
And yes, I have been watching a lot of the 1990
Flash TV series.
