One of those "gotta get it out of my head" images. I've never really tried anything like this before, so I'm kind of pleased that it turned out this well.
The robe may appear a little more "inflated" than you'd expect. That is deliberate; the ears were needed to reinforce the animal aspect of the figure, and the hints of underlying muscle make the visible skeleton that much more unnatural in appearance.
It cries for inking, though - something like this, you need the hard contrast of black and white. And it's messy. But that is a project for another evening.
