Officer Rudy sits in the observation room, watching an interrogation. If he seems happy and flirty, it's just because he's taken a scumbag off the streets, and not because everything I draw turns out cute and come-hither.
I haven't yet decided on Rudy's character, if he has one... I mean, anthro German Shepherds as cops is as cliche as it gets. But I liked him enough to draw him twice, which means he's offically one of the site's stable of characters.
