Okay.

You would never guess by looking at it, but this piece was inspired by watching Mirrormask earlier tonight. It's a wierd movie about one girl's journey through her own inner angst. Kind of like Labyrinth, only with Dave McKean's freakyish half-formed designs and Neil Gaiman's incredible dream logic instead of a plot.

I loved it.

THe main character likes to express herself in deformed line drawings of faces and city-scapes. Compulsively. It got me musing on my own teenage angst, which still flares up even though I'm a decade and a half past actual teen age.

Hence the vulnerable nudity and angerlinear design.

Oh, it's not Vata.
