Less of a story and more of an attempt to create a really bent-up pose.
I'm not very happy with it. It's messy and not altogether convincing, at least to me. The main problem I have with it is that I started with the paper turned the wrong way and ended up slamming his legs and hind-end too close to the edge of the page.
But I do like the hand-jive he has going on here. That arm really seems to be reaching out for a big handful of water.
