The Stargod.

AKA, Man-Wolf, a second-string Spider-Man 'villain,' who for a brief time was the lord of Other Realm. He also happens to be John Jameson, son of J. Jonah Jameson.

It's a long story. Suffice to say he's like Elric, only in this case he is literally the White Wolf. I adore him for his sheer wierdness.

This is my first study for a possible painting. I have to say that while I love his bizzare green armor, Stargod has one of the most complex costumes ever draped over such an obscure character. It doesn't help matters much that the only artist who ever drew him well was George Perez. I mean, how do you follow an act like that?

I'm not happy with this pose. I'd better go study some Frazetta reference now.
