Will you ever stop being so pouty?
Third of those 'science cops' I mentioned a few days back, Illchor is a character I've had kicking around since 1995. Some of you might remember the days when he was a brooding teen in a bomber jacket, fighting day to day in an urban hell-hole. The less told about those days the better; back then I'd only ever seen ubran hell-holes on TV.
I don't normally draw furries with 'hair'. Illchor is an exception. I noticed at one point that cheetah cubs have very fluffy heads when they're young. It looks like the hair from some 1980's band. I decided that Illchor, while adult, retains that fluff. It's embarassing, so he keeps it crew-cut.
