It's Ilia, striking a very energetic pose. This time around she's wearing her preffered weapon: gloves with depleted uranium knuckles. They make big dents in people.
I used a picture of a gymnast for reference. It was a great pose except for one thing: her mammaries were crushed flat by a combo of the pose and the outfit. I added a little shading to suggest their mashed roundness.
