He is unsure what day it is. He has not had food since he entered. His ribs show a little. He feels giddy in a way that is only partly hunger. The vision was special. He is sure of it.
The youth collects his thoughts one last time before leaving the passage lodge. He ponders and wonders at the meaning of his vision. Soon he will have his name, and dance the fire dance as an adult.
And while he thinks on such weighty matters, you leer at his loincloth. For shame!
Referenced pose. I didn't really intend to make this a fifth image to the Passage series, but as it developed I understood that I had chosen this pose because it wanted to be a picture of the young wolf. The model in the reference was a lot more buff than this character is supposed to be, so I slimmed him down a little.
I live in dread of drawing him again. Eventually I'll have to draw him without the facepaint, and I'll have to draw more of his tribe. That's going to be hard.
