I think this design has potential. It's a battler, along the lines of Dai-Guard or Go Nagai's Mazinkaiser. It's too round and smooth to be an actual yuusha bot. The yuusha aesthetic tends toward blockiness, and yuusha are usually combiners.
Lest I sound too much like I'm talking in geek code, a few other notes. I'd really like to have a 3-d model of this guy, because frankly I'm just not good enough to imagine how those shoulder and forearm spikes would really look from different angles. I also need to do a model sheet and possibly redesign the legs and skirts.
