Lead guitar duties for Screaming Lunch fell to Bully Jack. A veteran of the London punk scene, he was known for his crushing power chords and smashing fists. He served with many bands before finding quasi-stability with the Lunch crew.

His outfits changed often, but the goggles were his one constant. He never removed them in concert or interviews. His elaborate hair was also a sham. This lent some mystery to Lunch's act: for five years, no one knew his face.

"Last band 'fore lunch, I signed me resignation with the bassist's face on the kick drum," he said in December '82. "'E asked me if me goggles were prescription. Band 'fore that I made me mate eat a Polaroid when 'e caught me with 'm off. Good times..."

Bully claimed he was at least the equal of Ace in the 'Groupie Grope'. His anonymous nature at the time makes that pretty much impossible to prove or deny.

Ace Feral was really too pretty to be punk. He looked too metal. This guy's a little more punkish, but maybe still too metal. Hmm.

I fear having to draw the drummer. Drum kits are hard.
